Dr. Ross Stanley earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry, where he was actively involved in academic research and presented at the UAB School of Dentistry Scholars Symposium. He went on to complete his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the Air Force Postgraduate Dental School at Lackland Air Force Base, one of the nation’s leading military training programs, graduating in June 2024. Before joining Aspen Dental, Dr. Stanley served as a Major in the United States Army Dental Corps and held the role of Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center. There, he led surgical teams, treated complex cases, and contributed to the training of future dental professionals. Dr. Stanley provides a full scope of oral surgery services, including extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implant placement, and bone grafting. He is committed to helping patients feel informed and at ease by taking time to explain procedures and answer questions every step of the way. Known for his calm, thoughtful approach and precision in care, Dr. Stanley is dedicated to delivering a positive experience and helping patients restore their oral health with confidence.
