Before I even walked into Aspen Dental in Greensburg, I sat in my Jeep and had a moment. It’s been a long road just getting to that appointment, mentally, emotionally, and in life. From the second I walked through the door, something changed.
Brooklyn at the front desk greeted me with kindness that felt genuine, not forced, not rushed. Just human. And in that moment, that mattered more than anything.
Then Dr. Cignetti and the rest of the team carried that same energy all the way through. Every single person I interacted with treated me with respect and empathy. Not once did I feel like “just another patient.”
And that’s what stands out the most—empathy.
They didn’t just do their jobs… they understood that people walk in carrying things you can’t see. And they met me with patience, respect, and care every step of the way.
What could have been a stressful, overwhelming day turned into something I’ll actually remember for the right reasons.
