I’ve been with Aspen Dental at Tanasbourne about half a year or a year already and I am impressed. I love the availability of early appointments. As early as 7:30am sometimes when staff is available ofcourse.
Just recently I had an emergency need and was not on the schedule for sure. They were busy as can be.
They made it work out and took me in. I can see they were very busy but at no time did they give me attitude or anything like that. Now a days hard to get good customer service. VERY respectful professional staff, I highly recommend them and will to all my friends/family in the area.
They communicate pricing too! Like this no surprise bills.
