I've been to Bloomington Aspen a few times and the staff is always pretty nice and efficient especially Seth in X-ray and DR Ishikawa who always gives it to you straight and of course Mr Jaden Jones.
I haven't done the procedure I need done yet but after dealing with Jaden, it has rebuilt the trust, humanity and compassion that I think still exist but hard to find even with a industry that deals with the human body and pain.
Dealing with Jaden was a breath of fresh air even though he deals with the payment side of things he efficiently, patiently and more than nicely re explained the procedure as it applied to payments and gave me all of my options and some.

Hello, I just wanted to reach out in response to the email I received to leave feedback. I had my first visit at Aspen Dental yesterday in Bloomington off of American Boulevard as a new patient. I would just like to let you know that I was very impressed with the team there and the efficiency of the whole process. From checking in at the front desk, to getting X-rays done, to having the hygienist and doctor examine me, and sitting down to go over a treatment plan and numbers, everyone was so professional and made it easy for me to trust their care. I don’t have one negative thing to say, everyone there was awesome, so shoutout to them.
As someone who’s extremely nervous about dentist appointments, the staff, dental hygienists and doctors here did a great job making me feel welcomed and taken care for. Meaza was especially kind to me and very helpful with finding financial options! 10/10 appointment :)
