Overview

At Aspen Dental, we offer a wide range of dental implant options designed to fit your needs and your budget—delivered by a care team who’ll guide you from your first consultation to your final smile.

If you’re a candidate for dental implants—whether it’s a single-tooth replacement or a full-arch solution—we’ll help you find the option that works for you.

Plus, at Aspen Dental, everything happens all under one roof. No bouncing between providers. Just one team you trust, every step of the way.

What are dental implants?

Dental implants are a secure, lasting solution for missing teeth—made to look, feel and function like your own natural teeth. At Aspen Dental, we combine advanced technology with compassionate care to deliver your permanent smile solution.

Each implant includes three parts:

  • A custom crown that seamlessly blends with your smile

  • An abutment (connector)

  • A titanium implant that is surgically placed in your jaw

Once placed, your implant is designed to stay put—no shifting, no slipping. Just a natural-feeling smile, created start to finish by your Aspen Dental care team, all under one roof.

Are implants right for me?

Do you miss eating your favorite foods without worry? Speaking, laughing and smiling with complete confidence? If you’re a current denture wearer, maybe you’re looking for a more permanent solution for tooth loss—one that feels and functions like real teeth. Dental implants have the power to change your life in more ways than one.

You may be a candidate if:

  • You have one or more missing teeth

  • You have healthy gums and enough bone to support an implant

  • You want a permanent solution, unlike dentures, bridges or crowns

  • You want lasting comfort and renewed confidence

Dental implants vs. traditional dentures

From daily wear to long-term value, let’s compare and see how they stack up.

Dental implants

  • Daily use: Permanently secured in your mouth—no removal needed

  • Longevity: Titanium implants are made to last with proper care

  • Affordability: Higher upfront cost with longer-term value

  • Look & feel: Natural and stable—feel like your own teeth

Traditional dentures

  • Daily use: Stays in place with adhesives—daily removal required

  • Longevity: Dentures may need to be replaced every 5-7 years

  • Affordability: Lower initial cost with more frequent replacements

  • Look & feel: Can look natural, but may shift or feel less secure

  • Bone & bite support: Does not prevent bone loss over time

How the benefits of dental implants make a lasting difference in your life

Long-term oral health

Think of implants as the foundation for protecting your whole mouth’s health. Because they are a permanent part of your jaw, they stimulate bone and support your surrounding teeth to help keep your bite aligned.

Natural-looking results

Every implant crown, bridge or prothesis we make is customized to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth. Whether you're replacing one tooth or many, the result is a smile that looks and feels like you.

More facial fullness

Tooth loss can lead to bone loss and create a sunken look over time. Implant treatments help maintain facial shape and structure, which can contribute to a fuller, more youthful appearance.

Enhanced comfort

Implants are designed to feel like a part of you. That means no rubbing, no slipping and no adhesives—just a secure, stable fit whether you’re eating, talking or laughing.

Frequently asked questions

Immediate-load dental implants involve placing a temporary prosthetic on your implants the same day as your implant placement surgery. While not clinically recommended for all patients, this option may reduce time spent in a healing denture and allow for limited use of your implants during early healing. Your Aspen Dental clinician will assess if this approach is right for you.

At Aspen Dental, we offer four implant options for a variety of tooth loss needs:

  • Implant crown (single-tooth implant): If you’ve lost a tooth from an accident or oral health reasons, an implant crown can seamlessly replace one missing tooth.

  • Implant bridge: If you’re missing 2 or more adjacent teeth, this could be the option for you. With 2 implants, this option anchors a permanent bridge to your smile.

  • Implant denture: Need to replace a row of teeth? Implant dentures can help. They include a removable denture that snaps onto permanent implants for extra stability, so there’s no need for denture glue or adhesives.

  • Fixed full arch implants (full mouth implants): If you want a permanent solution to replace a full row of teeth, fixed full arch implants offer a non-removable set of upper or lower teeth attached to multiple implants for a smile that feels natural to you.

Each tooth loss solution includes your implant, abutment and final prosthesis (crown, bridge, denture or fixed full arch). Come in today for a consultation and your local Aspen Dental team can guide you on which option best suits your oral health, lifestyle and goals.

Dental implants are titanium posts surgically placed in your jaw. They act as sturdy anchors for the abutments, crowns, dentures and prosthesis. Implants mimic the appearance and function of natural teeth. Aspen Dental clinicians ensure safe, precise implant placement.

Dental implants have a very high success rate of 98%. Implant integration also depends on thorough care and cleaning of your implants and regular dental visits. Aspen Dental clinicians carefully plan procedures for optimal results. Schedule your consultation today to discuss treatment expectations.

Implant costs vary based on procedures such as any extractions, how many implants you are getting, any pre-treatments like bone grafts. Schedule a consultation to receive your personalized treatment plan and learn about pricing.

There are several ways we make dental implants more affordable at Aspen Dental. We connect you to 3rd-party financing vendors who offer flexible financing options tailored to your budget, so you can pay over time with a plan that works for you.

Aspen Dental accepts most insurance plans and our team will help you understand your coverage and maximize your savings. Please note, we do not accept Medicaid.

The dental implant process involves several phases, including consultation, surgical placement, healing and final restoration. Healing times vary based on bone health, implant type and individual response, but are essential to ensure long-term stability and integration.

Every treatment plan is personalized to your needs, and throughout the process, your Aspen Dental care team will help you through every step.

Titanium dental implants are made to last a lifetime, plus come with a 25-year implant warranty for added peace of mind. Regular dental visits and proper oral hygiene are essential for keeping your smile healthy. Visit your local Aspen Dental office to receive ongoing care, checkups and support.

Most patients experience minimal discomfort. We are here to support your pain management with sedation and other pain management options to help ensure you are comfortable. Mild soreness usually subsides within days. Aspen Dental prioritizes your comfort throughout the treatment process.

You might require a bone graft if your jawbone is too thin or weak. Bone grafting ensures stable implant support and improves the overall success of your implant procedure. We’ll examine your oral and jawbone health at your personalized consultation. Your Aspen Dental care team will discuss if this step is necessary.

Dental implants offer a natural look and feel, maintaining jawbone strength and structure. Dentures, however, are removable. Your Aspen Dental care team can help determine which option is best for you.

Ideal candidates have healthy gums and sufficient bone density to support implants. Your Aspen Dental care team will evaluate your oral health, discuss your medical history and examine your bone density.

Please schedule an appointment for a personalized consultation to determine your eligibility. Even if bone loss is present, alternative implant solutions or pre-treatments may still be possible.

Smokers can still receive dental implants, though they may face higher risks of complications. Quitting smoking significantly improves healing and implant success. Aspen Dental clinicians provide guidance to minimize these risks during your consultation.

Adults over 65 frequently benefit from implants, enhancing chewing and overall oral health. Age isn’t a barrier—implants provide durable, reliable tooth replacement. Improved quality of life and increased confidence in appearance. Aspen Dental specializes in implant care tailored to the needs of seniors and people of all ages.
