Implant Denture Program
When you get an implant-supported denture at Aspen, we cover your new smile with comprehensive programs to give you peace of mind.
Patients purchasing an implant-supported denture receive the following benefits from Aspen Dental:
Aspen Implant Promise (see terms, below).
Smiles for Life Program (see terms, below).
7-Year Denture Warranty (see terms, below).
Eligibility and Limitations:
Applies only to implant denture treatments that commenced on or after June 6, 2024 that explicitly include your implant denture (overdenture) in the treatment plan. Check with your office for details and eligibility.
Warranty and Guarantee redemptions are only available at the original Aspen Dental location where patient received treatment.
Must present office with proof of implant denture (overdenture) program eligibility when redeeming any program elements.
Patients must complete the full implant denture treatment to be eligible for enrollment in the program.
Aspen Implant Promise
Your new implants are covered. We’ll do everything to make sure your implants work with your new smile, or we’ll refund your money.
The Aspen Implant Promise covers two implant situations:
(1) When any dental implants do not fully integrate, Aspen Dental covers the cost of the implant(s) and surgery. Coverage does not extend to the prosthetic, connections/abutment, or any other services. When patient receives multiple implants, refunds only apply to implants that failed, not the entire treatment.
(2) If enough implants fail such that an implant-supported prosthetic is not clinically viable, a patient is eligible for a refund of all implants, the prosthetic device or retrofit charge, and related treatment, at the discretion of the treating clinician. Refunds are specific to the impacted arch and do not apply to arches that are unaffected by implant failures.
Your doctor must be given the opportunity to correct implants before a refund is given. Patients must fully and accurately provide medical history and medical clearance. Failure to provide accurate or complete information will void the Aspen Implant Promise.
Patients must follow all before and after surgery care instructions provided by Aspen Dental treating clinicians, including, but not limited to, any post-operative protocol and maintenance. Failure to abide by these requirements and obligations, among others, will void the Aspen Implant Promise.
The promise period begins upon insertion of implant(s) and original refund request must be submitted within 12 months thereafter. Refunds may be processed after 12 months as long as the patient begins the process to correct or refund implants within 12 months.
Smiles for Life Program
You’re set for life. Every implant-supported denture treatment comes with 50% off prosthesis replacements for the rest of your life, so you can have confidence in the investment in your new smile.
In addition to offering discounted replacements, your treating dentist may offer repairs and adjustments to your current denture if a replacement denture is not clinically recommended.
Limitations and Additional Terms:
Discounts are applied to the usual and customary fee for the prosthetic at time of redemption.
50% discount cannot be combined with coupons, promotions, Aspen Dental Savings Plan, or other discounts.
Patients with insurance will receive the same discount offered to patients without insurance.
Previously purchased overdentures not covered by the Lifetime Implant Denture Warranty are not eligible for discounted replacement.
Patient must perform regular and customary maintenance on the prosthetic.
In the event that your Aspen Dental practice terminates its offering of the Lifetime Implant Denture Warranty prior to a patient’s redemption of benefits, the patient will receive a refund commensurate with the value of the unused portion of the lifetime benefit.
The following actions will nullify and void a patient’s enrollment:
(1) If patient receives treatment of any kind involving (directly or indirectly) the dental implant and/or prosthetic denture from any dentist or healthcare professional not affiliated with Aspen Dental.
(2) If patient fails to properly maintain the overdenture or implants as directed by treating dentist
7-Year Warranty
An express warranty comes with your implant denture and lasts for the first seven (7) years after delivery of your newly fabricated, final prosthetic, including new replacement overdentures redeemed through the Smiles for Life Program. The warranty covers breaks, cracks and fractures caused by a defect in your denture and does not cover ordinary wear and tear or changes in your gums or bones.
