Oral surgery in Woodstock, IL

I was unhappy with my prior dentist office and knew I wasn’t being treated with my teeth healths future in mind. So, I was referred to this office. Best decision I’ve ever made!!!! My experience was amazing. The office was beautiful, welcoming, the staff are incredible!! Dr Kim is so thoughtful, professional and very caring. She made me feel at ease each step of the way. Miranda was so kind and nice and Sarai is so amazing. She was detailed about each step, reassuring, gentle and made me feel comfortable in a dentist chair, that says something! Then after it all Pam helped me with my financial paperwork and she couldn’t have been more helpful and so sweet. They worked easily with me setting up my treatment, scheduling was a breeze and I’ve never been happier. The care is outstanding!! I look forward to my returns to the office as I know I’m being treating correctly, kindly and with passion. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a new office. Thank you Aspen Dental ❤️

Had a wonderful experience, the staff here is amazing! The hygienist Sarai was very knowledgeable and attentive with her treatment , Pam was very kind and receiving the second I stepped in. Michelle was very knowledgeable with my insurance policy and letting me know I could get a cleaning before the end of the year. The assistant Nayeli made me feel comfortable during X-rays and Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable and explained my treatment thoroughly .

My experience was great. I went in to establish care and get a checkup to make sure I had no issues since I was experiencing some sensitivity on one of my front teeth. Scheduling the appointment was very quick and easy online. Pam called the next day to confirm insurance details and make sure I knew what to expect when I got to the office- she was very nice and pleasant- she was also the one who went over the treatment plan and pricing with me after the appointment, she made it all make sense. When I went in for the appointment, Michelle checked me in and she was so welcoming and quick with the process. Miranda took my X-rays and she really tried to make it as painless as possible by trying to get around my tori. Nayeli was my husband’s DA and he was also very satisfied with her work and knowledge. lastly, doctor Kim and Sarai’s exams were also very thorough and answered my questions. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office that they can trust to have their best interests.
