From the time I walked in and until I made my exit I was comfortably treated. I experienced great service with a smile. Palincia, Ciera, Jasmine, and the rest of the staff is AWESOME.

We found Aspen through CareCredit since we knew we were likely in for a hefty price tag after the dog broke my husbands front tooth (we had to address more than the one tooth) so we knew we’d need payment options. Once we checked out of our initial visit, we were given a quote with all of the work that needed to be done and knew even with a payment plan we would not be able to do it all. The associate (I’m so sorry I didn’t make note of your name-you were awesome) checking us out asked for our budget and what was most important to us right now and was able to find something that worked for us. My husband had 7 teeth extracted and a partial. Not fun. We arrived for the appointment on time and were seen within a few minutes of arrival. My husband said the prior dentist he saw years ago must have been barbarians because he remembered how painful the shots were. Not here. He said he could barely feel it. He was incredibly grateful for the care that was put into the whole process. It was fast, it was easy, and the entire team was so kind and welcoming. I have 25+ years experience in customer service and operations management and I was impressed with the experience. Not something you see often anymore. Thank you everyone for making a really crummy situation pleasant. We look forward to continuing his life changing transformation with you guys.
