Honestly I’m not sure what I did to deserve such great care. From start to finish, Trevor was incredible on the phone and so kind and sweet with my emergent issue, and every single person in this office cares. Hope, the office manager is also very thorough - from both a patient and business standpoint. She is articulate and does her best to work w the patient. Paula and the other techs were so sweet and patient and incredible. Dr.Nas was amazing. I have NEVER had such an easy procedure. I had a lot of anxiety and instead of feeding that anxiety, the entire team actively worked with me to make things so freaking smooth and efficient. I kind of came in thinking I knew what I needed, but letting them handle the professional aspect in what was needed for me while also working with me - completely incredible. You guys are amazing, and thank you for your patience. Once I’m all up and running again, I can’t wait to return the favor both to the community and Aspen dental in any way I can. You guys truly care about your patients, and have so much personality in that office!!! I love it.

Great experience! From start to finish, the entire team was friendly and professional. The doctor is truly excellent,he listens carefully to your concerns and makes sure you understand every step. He solved my issue and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. The hygienist deserves special praise as well. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does, thorough, gentle, and really detail-oriented. She made the cleaning process smooth and comfortable, and I left feeling refreshed. Hope, the account manager, is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explains everything about treatment plans and costs in a way that is easy to understand. In short, this is a fantastic dental office with a great team. I definitely recommend the Elk Grove Aspen Dental to anyone. Five stars all the way!
