The Aspen Group Oral Care Center for Excellence is a first-of-its-kind oral care center that will provide free comprehensive dental care to more than 2,500 underserved patients annually. Because everyone deserves great oral care.
What will your hours be and how will you accommodate individuals who may not be able to attend appointments during regular work hours?
Hours will vary week to week. Please call 1-866-824-6223 to qualify and schedule general appointments that work for your schedule.
Where can I get additional information on the Federal Poverty Limit?

Will I need to bring documentation to support my Illinois residence or income?
Yes, you will need to bring documentation to support your residence or income. For income, we will accept a copy of your paycheck stub or an income tax form. Our goal is to get you the care you need as quickly and easily as possible.
Are undocumented individuals eligible for care at the Oral Care Center for Excellence?
If your primary residence is Illinois and you meet the other insurance and financial qualifications, you are eligible for care at the Oral Care Center for Excellence.

Will the Oral Care Center for Excellence be providing any transportation to the center?

Where is the Oral Care Center for Excellence located?
The Oral Care Center for Excellence is located at 1040 W Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60607 just west of North Carpenter Street. The main entrance is on the southwest corner of Randolph St. and N. Carpenter St
What’s the best way to get there using public transportation?
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers a train stop MORGAN at 958 W Lake St, Chicago, IL 60607 via the Green and Pink lines. This is 1 block northeast of our Center. There are two CTA bus stops for bus route #20 that are 2 blocks south of the Center – at Madison & Morgan (stop #459) or Madison & Aberdeen (stop #460).
Will you offer oral care services to the children of qualifying patients?
Not at this time, but we will be exploring this in the future.
What can I expect for my treatment plan?
A licensed and qualified provider will assess your dental care needs at your initial meeting. From there, your dental care team – working with you – will create your treatment plan.
Are you offering surgical services or other specialty services (biopsy, oral pathology, third molar extractions)?
At this time, we will not offer surgical or more specialized care. However, we will work with you to find appropriate resources if those services are required. Our goal is to help as many people as possible, in any way.
What is the fee or cost for the care provided?
All care provided at the Oral Care Center for Excellence is free of charge to qualified patients.
